Healthy Places Guide Box

September 13, 2019 - PHPR's 3rd Get Out ~ Get Active Social of the Summer. "Blowing the lids off the Healthy Places GuideBox". We had a great group of folks assemble at the Richard Hart's Estate to discover what was in the box. It was full of tools and activities to bring awareness to health and community. The box included booklets, photo cards, health assessment lens and walk guide. Thanks to Rocky Piro for sharing insider info on the creation of the box. A huge thank you to Cate Townley and Ashley Perillo for facilitating the afternoon and to Joyride Brewing for hosting our networking social. The Creating Healthy Places guide box and guide book are available at Colorado Health Places Collaborative under Health Tools.
COTREX User Experience

August 2, 2019 - PHPR's 2nd Get Out ~ Get Active Social of the Summer. A COTREX User Experience led by Alex (Dean) Alma with CO Department of Natural Resources. We had a great group of folks assemble at Sloan's Lake to learn how to use the COTREX app, a first of its kind. Alex designed a scavenger hunt using the functions of the app. It was hilarious watching all of us try to figure it out. Thanks to Alex for leading a great event and to Joyride Brewing for hosting our networking social.
